As the Pre-Sales Engineer, you will serve as the expert, offering customers informed advisory on matters related to our solutions and integration options. You will work closely with the sales team to address complex technical inquiries from customers, providing clear and concise explanations of our products‘ capabilities and potential applications. Your expertise will help drive customer confidence and support successful sales outcomes.

• Develop a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Ennoventure’ s suite of solutions, including their features, functionalities, and applications across different industries addressing clients‘ needs challenges, and objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements including problem statement, user base.
• Document client Details like Artworks, packaging details, substrate, printing technology, device demographics used.
• Work with the product and delivery team to develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and product walkthroughs for prospective customers to showcase the capabilities and features of our solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Ennoventure’ s solutions effectively and provide clients with informed recommendations.
• Work closely with customers to design and execute proof of concept (PoC) including defining the scope and out-of scope, success criteria.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the PoC process including testing, and evaluation of the solution.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution architectures that align with customer requirements and position Ennoventure as the preferred vendor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product and service knowledge into actionable insights for sales, marketing, and customer support initiatives.

What do we look for at Ennoventure?
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in a presales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in cloud computing, software architecture, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of success in driving presales activities, delivering customer-focused solutions, and achieving sales targets
• Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with brand protection, anti-counterfeit solutions, or related domains is a plus.
