Job Opportunity:
Currently seeking a skilled Oracle EBS/ERP Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management, etc.
Investigate and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and address system-related problems.
Perform system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and availability.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting procedures and best practices.
Should be strong in PL/SQL.
