Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction : Understand the specific print needs of clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their demands.
Estimate Creation : Prepare accurate estimates that encompass all aspects of the printing process, from design to delivery.
Team Coordination : Serve as the liaison between sales and production teams to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of print projects.
Sales Management : Drive sales initiatives, set sales goals, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Customer Service : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all client queries and issues are resolved promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the printing industry, specifically in digital and offset print environments.
