Job Overview

As a Business Development Manager at Cindrebay, you will lead both admissions and regional marketing teams to drive consistent business growth. This role requires you to manage counsellors, optimize conversions, and oversee local marketing initiatives that generate a strong pipeline of leads.

You will act as the link between marketing and admissions, ensuring campaigns translate into enrollments, and that teams are motivated, well-trained, and target-focused. Alongside operational leadership, you will also be responsible for implementing strategies to improve efficiency, building high-performing teams, and shaping growth plans for your region.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with proven experience in EdTech sales and admissions who are ready to step into a leadership role with fast-track career growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional business growth by managing admissions teams and achieving enrollment targets.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to generate and convert quality leads.
- Implement strategies and best practices to improve efficiency and performance.
- Track and report team performance to ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Required Skills

- 38 years of experience as a Manager in EdTech Business or Sales.
- Graduate degree (mandatory).
- Strong command of English with fluency in the local language.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage admissions, and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
