Job Description – B2B Inside Sales Specialist Position: B2B Inside Sales Executive Location: [HO-Saki Naka-Mumbai] Experience Required: 4–5 years in B2B sales, lead generation, or inside sales Industry: [FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness Background] Job Type: Full-time Only candidates from (FMCG Nutraceuticals/Wellness Background) shall be considered for this position. We aim to empower individuals to take control of their health with clean, potent, and effective formulas. We are now seeking a passionate Inside Sales Expert to deepen our B2B team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including India Mart, Alibaba, LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. - B2B Sourcing: Source new clients and build relationships with existing ones to drive sales growth. - Social Media Management: Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with potential clients, and build brand awareness. - Email and Phone Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via email and phone calls to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close deals. - Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships. - Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software. Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies - Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field. - Skills: - Proven experience with Indiamart, Alibaba, and LinkedIn for B2B sourcing and lead generation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Key Skills & Competencies: - Familiarity with CRM software: Experience with CRM software like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar. - Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.
