If you are someone who thrives on ambiguity, is a problem solver, and yet deliver value to clients, please apply for the position Position Description As a Business Development Associate, you will support NeenOpal's growth engine by identifying opportunities, generating leads, and helping build strategic client relationships. You will collaborate with Senior Consultants and Delivery Teams to understand client needs, draft proposals, and support end-to-end sales cycles. This is a high-ownership role where you will be accountable for defined tasks and expected to deliver with quality, speed, and clarity. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Research - Find and qualify leads using Upwork, LinkedIn, and sometimes Toptal. - Use tools like Apollo.io for outreach and prospecting. - Research industries, companies, and decision-makers to understand where opportunities exist. - Identify new markets and segments where NeenOpal can add value. 2. Client Outreach & Communication - Reach out to potential clients through email, LinkedIn, and calls. - Clearly explain NeenOpal's services and how we can help. - Understand client needs at a basic level and connect them to our capabilities. - Share relevant content like case studies or insights to build relationships. 3. Sales Support - Help create pitch decks, capability documents, and proposals. - Work with Consultants, BI teams, and Data Scientists to gather information. - Update and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot or similar tools). - Keep BD trackers, reports, and documentation up to date. 4. Internal Collaboration & Processes - Work closely with senior team members to understand our offerings. - Help build outreach scripts, templates, and BD processes. - Support internal discussions, brainstorming sessions, and planning. - Knowing automation tools like n8n is a bonus, not a requirement. 5. Ownership & Learning - Take full responsibility for your tasks and deliver on time. - Keep learning about consulting, analytics, communication, and sales. - Be open to feedback and continue improving.
