Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Health Insurance Sales Manager based in Firozpur. The role involves developing and driving sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for health insurance products. Key responsibilities include Recruiting, leading and motivating a team of Insurance Advisors, building relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective sales management programs to align with organizational goals. Qualifications - Advisors team Recruitment and training. - Health Insurance Sales meeting with customers. - Proficiency in sales strategy development, lead generation, and client relationship management. - Knowledge of health insurance products and compliance standards in the insurance sector. - Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Analytical skills and the ability to use market insights to drive sales growth. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. - Experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred. - Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage.
