Role Description This part-time remote Insurance Manager role involves overseeing insurance sales, managing team operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The manager will be tasked with guiding a team, upholding company policies, and working effectively to meet goals in the insurance and financial sectors. Daily responsibilities include collaboration with team members, addressing client queries, processing insurance-related information, and driving sales efforts while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority. Qualifications - Expertise in Finance and Insurance, with a strong understanding of financial products and insurance policies - Proven skills in Team Management and leadership abilities to guide and motivate teams - Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Experience in Sales, including developing strategies to meet organizational revenue targets - Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting - Relevant certifications or a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus
