*Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management
- Build strong rapport with branch staff to generate life insurance leads.
- Collaborate closely with bank personnel to ensure smooth product promotion and customer conversion.
Sales Target Achievement
- Drive sales of life insurance products through bank branches to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Maintain high productivity and strong conversion ratios from generated leads.
Customer Engagement
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Deliver clear and compliant product presentations and policy explanations.
Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of leads, closures, and customer communications.
MIS & Reporting
- Update sales dashboards, lead trackers, and performance reports for review and analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to sales leadership
** Location: Odisha
Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- Proven 1-5 yrs experience in sales preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Fresher will be considered with communication and excel knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting processes.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service
