Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Manager Products (Property & Casualty Insurance) at Bajaj General Insurance. The role involves strategizing, developing, and managing Property & Casualty insurance products to align with market demands and company objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, assessing competitive offerings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring product performance. The individual will play an instrumental role in creating innovative products that cater to customer needs while driving business growth. Qualifications Proven - expertise in Property & Casualty insurance, including product development, compliance, and market trends. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in market research, data analysis, and performance evaluation. - Team leadership, collaboration, and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills for internal and external interactions. - Strong understanding of industry regulations and guidelines, with the ability to ensure product compliance. - A postgraduate degree in business management, insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred. - Prior experience in a similar capacity in the insurance sector, preferably in a managerial role, is highly desirable.
