Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor based in Lucknow, with some opportunities for remote work. The Insurance Advisor will assist customers in identifying appropriate insurance plans and financial solutions tailored to their requirements. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, managing customer inquiries, explaining financial and insurance products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient customer service. Advisors are also expected to stay updated on LIC policies and offerings to better serve clients. Qualifications - Knowledge of Insurance and Finance with the ability to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Skills in Consulting and Customer Service, including building rapport with clients and offering personalized assistance. - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner. - Ability to work independently with a customer-oriented mindset and dedication to achieving targets. - Familiarity with the local market and financial literacy is advantageous. - A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
