
HostBooks - Regional Manager Sales (7-12 yrs)

To lead and drive the sales of ERP solutions in the SMB/enterprise segment, ensuring customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market development while managing stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ERP revenue targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation, qualification, demos, proposals, to closure.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (if applicable).
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, alliances, and channel partners.
- Manage key customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee P&L for the ERP sales vertical - ensure profitability and cost efficiency.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate with marketing, pre-sales, and product teams for solution positioning.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and dashboards.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of ERP solutions (preferably cloud/SaaS-based).
- Proven track record in B2B software/ERP sales (SMB/enterprise segments).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing large deals and complex sales cycles.
- P&L management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to drive market development initiatives in new geographies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7-12 years of experience in ERP/software sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Exposure to domestic and/or international ERP markets (preferred: GCC, Asia, EMEA).
