Key Responsibilities - Financial Planning & Analysis - Prepare and monitor budgets for the D2C business in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Conduct variance analysis of financial performance against budgets and forecasts. - Generate insights through financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making. - Revenue Management - Track revenue performance across e-commerce platforms and the D2C website. - Optimize pricing strategies to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness. - Support promotional campaigns by assessing their financial implications and ROI. - Cost Control - Analyze operational costs, including logistics, warehousing, and marketing expenditures, to identify areas of optimization. - Work closely with the supply chain team to minimize costs without compromising service levels. - Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure adherence to financial and regulatory compliance standards for all D2C operations. - Mitigate financial risks through robust internal controls and audit processes. - Technology & Process Improvement - Leverage digital tools and financial software to streamline reporting and analytics. - Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
