Job Description We are looking for a target-driven Sales Counselor who will be responsible for converting leads into enrollments for our German Training & Placement Program for healthcare professionals. This is a hard-core sales role with defined monthly targets ideal for someone who thrives in performance-based environments and enjoys engaging with candidates to help them take the next step in their careers abroad. Role Description - Counsel and convert leads (nurses, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals) into paid enrollments. - Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to explain the training and placement process. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets. - Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions. - Maintain and update lead data in CRM with accuracy. - Coordinate with the training and operations teams for candidate onboarding. - Represent Jet Set Jobs at seminars, events, and nursing colleges to generate new leads. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (preferred: business, marketing, healthcare, or related field). - 14 years of experience in hard-core sales, tele-counseling, or admissions roles - preferably in education, edtech, or overseas recruitment. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English and Hindi mandatory). - Strong persuasion, follow-up, and closing abilities. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
