Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele sales Executive located in Lucknow. The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers to generate leads, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with sales-related inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, explaining solar solutions, handling customer queries, and converting prospects into clients. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills - Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support - Proven Sales skills and the ability to meet targets - Excellent interpersonal abilities and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in working with CRM systems and basic computer applications - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Previous experience in the solar energy or renewable energy sector is an advantage - Diploma, Degree or higher educational qualification
