Job Description Title- Sales Executive Location: Lucknow Mode : Onsite Shifts: Europe (12:30 pm to 9:30) | Middle east: 10 am to 7 pm) Salary: Depends on interview Key Responsibilities: - Identify and contact potential delegates through calls, emails, and networking. - Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry professionals to promote conference participation. - Explain event value propositions clearly and persuasively to drive registrations. - Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and sales information. - Achieve and exceed monthly and event-specific sales targets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential. - 13 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, or delegate sales (preferably in the events/conference industry). - Confident telephone manner with the ability to engage senior professionals. - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
