Job Description We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Roles and Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Promote and sell available products in the Upshop Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and well-stocked Maintain accurate sales and billing records Coordinate with the accounts and inventory teams for stock updates Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance. Requirements Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any field Prior experience in retail sales preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Billing software) Proficiency in Tamil and English (spoken and written). Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
