Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract assess and hire top talent The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates across levels and functions partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience This role requires strong interpersonal skills attention to detail and a passion for talent acquisition Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboardingSource candidates using a variety of channels including job portals social media referrals and direct outreachScreen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholdersBuild and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system ATS Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR leadership on hiring progressParticipate in employer branding initiatives job fairs and campus hiring drivesEnsure compliance with company hiring policies and labor regulationsDeliver a positive candidate experience and build long-term candidate relationshipsRequired Skills Proven experience in recruitment in-house or agency Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneouslyHands-on experience with ATS or recruitment software e g Naukri LinkedIn Zoho Recruit Workday etc Strong organizational skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related fieldExperience recruiting for insert industry or function e g IT Non-IT Sales Operations Familiarity with behavioral and competency-based interview techniquesWhat We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesDynamic work environment and career growth opportunitiesTraining and tools to support success in the roleCollaborative team culture
