Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists. About The Role We are looking for a Senior Manager Influencer Marketing (Fitness) to lead and scale our fitness influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of the fitness creator ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing high-impact collaborations that drive brand awareness, credibility, and conversions within the fitness community. This role requires a mix of creativity, leadership, and analytical thinking to build impactful partnerships and ensure the success of our influencer initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Influencer Strategy & Leadership - Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand goals, ensuring strong ROI and business impact. - Build a roadmap for scaling influencer collaborations. - Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing executives, fostering a high-performance culture. Influencer Relationship Management - Identify and onboard high-impact influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive brand advocacy. - Cultivate long-term partnerships with influencers, ensuring authenticity and sustained engagement. - Oversee contract negotiations, deliverable agreements, and compliance with brand guidelines. Campaign Planning & Execution - Own the end-to-end execution of influencer-driven campaigns, from ideation to launch. - Work closely with category and brand teams to develop compelling campaign narratives. - Oversee product seeding initiatives to maximize visibility and trial among influencers. Performance Analytics & Optimization - Set KPIs for influencer collaborations, tracking performance metrics like reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. - Leverage insights and data to optimize future campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement. - Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Industry Trends & Innovation - Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitor strategies. - Experiment with new platforms, content formats, and influencer categories to enhance brand impact. Budget & Compliance Management - Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and strong returns. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines. What Youll Bring - 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong network and relationships within the fitness creator ecosystem. - Proven ability to manage large-scale influencer campaigns with a data-driven approach. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth D2C environment.
