Key Responsibilities:Achieve tangible results by establishing benchmarks and learning goals, and developing structures that link campaign performance to business outcomes.Advance personalization using machine learning and artificial intelligence by developing or partnering on models such as propensity, churn, next-best action, send-time/content optimization, and uplift modeling, and integrating them into CRM decisioning and orchestration.Lead experimentation at scale by building and running A/B and multivariate tests, and applying sound statistical methods such as power analysis, capping, sequential testing, and causal inference to produce trustworthy results.Develop robust analytics by using SQL/Python for data modeling and reproducible pipelines, and composing self-serve datasets and dashboards to accelerate decision-making.Optimize channel strategy by evaluating email, push, in-app, onsite, and lifecycle programs, and recommending frequency, targeting, and creative strategies grounded in data.Tell the story by translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior collaborators, and influencing roadmaps and CRM evolution.Improve the craft by guiding analysts, advocating for guidelines in documentation, code review, and experimentation hygiene, and promoting an inclusive, growth-focused culture.Safeguard data use by partnering with legal and privacy teams to ensure compliance with laws such as GDPR, and guarding against irresponsible AI practices.Requirements:Hands-on experience delivering impact in a consumer or marketplace context using CRM analytics.Machine-learning & AI experience applied to CRM/personalization (e.g., propensity, churn, LTV/CLV modeling, recommendation/next-best action, uplift).Experimentation & statistics expertise, including test building, sample sizing, variance reduction, and causal inference.SQL and Python proficiency for data wrangling, modeling, and automation, and familiarity with data warehouses and version control.Dashboarding & data visualization skills to build clear, credible self-serve insights.Business sense proven through translating insights into strategies that yield measurable outcomes.Communication & collaborator leadership across marketing, product, and engineering teams, and ability to influence at executive level.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 15+ years of experience in EdTech systems administration or CRM management.Proven track record in platform integration, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Meritto or Zoho.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Canvas).Working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) like Digii, Banner, PowerSchool, or Jenzabar.Other Requirements:Experience integrating tools/platforms via APIs, webhooks, and middleware solutions.Hands-on experience in system configuration, workflow automation, and process optimization.Basic to intermediate understanding of: SQL for data querying and reportingAPI development and integrationSSO (Single Sign-On) protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2)Data interoperability standards (e.g., IMS Global, Ed-Fi)LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability): Connects LMSs with third-party tools/contentOneRoster: Standardizes the exchange of class rosters, grades, and assignments between SIS and LMSQTI (Question and Test Interoperability): Standard for digital assessments
