Responsible for creating impactful product communication, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and engagement. B Organizational Relationships Reports To VP Agency Strategy Supervises Team Member C Job Dimensions Geographic Area Covered HO Internal Stakeholders Sales Team Chief Agency Officer Top Leader, Marketing & Production External Leaders, Advisors and Employees D Key Result Areas Organization Process Key Contributions Analysis Internal Should have knowledge of Insurance Products Make customized PPT for MDRT roadshow on product. Analysis External Study Market performance of competitors in terms of geography wise distribution, productivity & also do comparative analysis. The candidate will be required to spearhead implementation manage and project tracking skill & also design engagement program for new prospects. To keep updated (Self & management) on various product initiatives in competition Evaluate new ideas and implement innovative ideas which will improve efficiency and productivity.
