Sales Support Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Support Executive who combines visual storytelling skills with business communication acumen. This individual will work closely with the Sales team to design engaging presentations and actively contribute to the development and submission of client RFPs/Proposals. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex content into clear, modular assets and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Responsibilities: - Develop modular, brand-aligned PowerPoint presentations for client pitches and internal reviews - Co-create and refine client RFP documents with the sales team - Translate complex ideas and data into visually engaging slides with clear narrative flow - Maintain consistency in formatting, messaging, and brand tone across all sales collateral - Research and integrate charts, visuals, and benchmarks to enhance pitch materials - Build and manage a reusable template and slide asset library to improve efficiency - Stay current with presentation design trends and sales enablement best practices - Assist in onboarding and internal training content creation when needed Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and similar presentation tools - Excellent design sensibility with command of layout, formatting, and hierarchy - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively across sales and strategy teams - Experience with RFPs, sales proposals, or client-facing deliverables preferred - Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to changing priorities
