Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive workplace culture and supporting the overall HR strategy. Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. - Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve organizational effectiveness. - Conduct employee engagement surveys and assist in creating action plans to enhance employee satisfaction. - Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roles or relevant experience in HR functions. - Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements in India. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
