Here's what you'll be diving into: Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Identify and target potential mid-size businesses in the Indian market that fit our product Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to potential customers. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales efforts and optimize business. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market insights to refine sales strategies. We're looking for someone who: 3+ years of total work-experience in Sales role B-tech background is a+ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up. Finance knowledge is a plus.
