Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360° About Our Client: A promising startup, founded by an exceptional team, headquartered in Bengaluru (More on our client, once we connect please) Max Budget: 15 lpa Here's what you'll be diving into: ● Owning Customer Growth – driving adoption, engagement, and retention across our customer base. ● Working closely with founders to design and execute growth experiments that move core product metrics. ● Leading customer-facing initiatives like success stories, advocacy programs, and growth loops. ● Partnering with product and engineering teams to translate customer insights into new product initiatives. ● Helping shape GTM motions – from campaigns and partnerships to playbooks and sales enablement. ● Taking on special strategic projects that cut across functions (product, growth, partnerships, ops). ● Setting up the right dashboards, reporting, and feedback loops to measure success and iterate fast. ● Acting as a founder’s extension – stepping into any gap that needs solving, from tactical firefighting to long-term planning. ● Building lightweight processes to keep the team running smoothly without slowing down agility. We're looking for someone who: ● BTech with 1-3 years of work experience ● Has an ability to be super responsive across communication channels ● Is a jack-of-all-trades, ready to jump in wherever needed with a can-do attitude. ● Has the hustle and drive to cut through the noise and make things happen. ● Has a mindset that is open to learning, working hard and having fun. ● Has Experience in growth roles in B2B Saas startups ● Has the drive and tenacity to get the job done, and to inspire their team members to do the same. ● Has ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans If you find this role interesting, please apply to this post, and if your profile matches the requirements, either I or someone from my team will reach out to you.
