Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role requires someone who is living in Ahmedabad to manage and grow our industrial client base. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the ground-mounted solar sector. - Identify and engage potential industrial clients in the Ahmedabad and near by region. - Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solar solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. Requirements: - 1-2 years of sales experience. - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or industrial sectors. - Strong understanding of ground-mounted solar solutions and their benefits. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
