Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic AI Developer (Business Development) who can bridge the gap between AI technology and business growth. The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience with AI/ML development but also the ability to identify business opportunities, engage with clients, and translate technical solutions into commercial value.Key Responsibilities

- AI Development & Integration
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into business workflows.
- Continuously research and implement the latest AI trends and technologies.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in AI-driven products and services.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their pain points, and propose AI-based solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and proposals showcasing AI capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth
- Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for AI services.
- Gather feedback from clients to enhance AI offerings and drive innovation.
- Support sales and marketing teams with technical insights and solution-oriented pitches

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLP, LLMs).
- Strong understanding of business development and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for merging technology with business growth.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or AI product sales.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of AI ethics, compliance, and responsible AI practices.
- Networking and client relationship management experience.
