Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mall Marketing Specialist to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that drive footfall, increase tenant sales, and enhance overall customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning the mall into a vibrant and attractive destination through creative and cost-effective marketing strategies. This role requires strong collaboration with tenants, vendors, media partners, and internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives that align with the mall's branding and growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and activations to enhance the mall's visibility and attract visitors.
- Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and themed events in collaboration with tenants and third-party partners.
- Support tenant-level marketing efforts and ensure alignment with the mall's overarching promotional strategy.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, visitor footfall, and tenant sales to assess ROI and optimize future strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and marketing agencies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ensure all in-mall branding, signage, and displays are consistent with the mall's brand guidelines and deliver a quality customer experience.
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Generate regular performance reports and insights for senior management, detailing marketing outcomes and business impact.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer behavior to identify new promotional opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience:3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in mall or retail marketing
- Age:Between 25 and 35 years
- Education: Graduation or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or related fields (open to other qualifications based on experience)
- Skills: Strong communication, vendor coordination, campaign management, event planning, and analytical skills
