Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Mall Manager located in Noida, India. Results-oriented Mall Manager with 7+ years of experience driving sales, operational excellence, and high-performing teams within large-scale retail environments. Proven ability to oversee all aspects of property management, including marketing, leasing, tenant relations, security, technical operations & maintenance building utility such as transformers, HT/LT Supplies & distribution panels, DG Sets chillers, HVAC, Fire detection, elevators, escalators, WTP and STP and associated systems, and budget management. Skilled in developing strategic sales plans, optimizing tenant mix, and enhancing the customer experience through expert leadership, team development, and technical oversight.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Proven skills in Operations Management and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Previous experience in retail management or property management is a plus
