About the Company
SHIP2USA, a division of KTC Logistics Company LLC, is a specialized logistics provider facilitating container-load shipments from India to the USA. We partner with freight forwarders and manufacturers to streamline international supply chains. As we grow rapidly, we're seeking high-energy sales professionals to help us scale further.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the freight forwarding and 3PL sectors.
- Sales Presentations: Effectively communicate SHIP2USA's value proposition to prospective clients and decision-makers.
- Field Sales: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to build trust and close deals.
- Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts and successfully convert leads into long-term customers.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL with exposure to the USA market.
- Proven track record of lead generation, deal closure, and target achievement.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and aggressive in sales approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.
