Role: Inside Sales Intern

Location: Gurgaon (6 days a week)

Duration: 36 months (with possibility of extension/full-time offer based on performance)

About Sploot

Sploot is building Indias go-to ecosystem for pet parents from daily services like dog walking and grooming to products, expert advice, and a thriving community.

Role Overview

Were looking for a driven Inside Sales Intern to join our sales team and help convert high-intent leads into happy customers. Youll be engaging with pet parents over calls and messages, understanding their needs, and recommending Sploots services and products.

What Youll Do

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers in the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant Sploot offerings.
- Follow up with leads to drive conversions and meet weekly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and customer data in CRM tools.
- Share customer insights with the team to improve scripts, processes, and offerings.

What Were Looking For

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable speaking to customers over phone/WhatsApp.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Bonus: Prior internship or project experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
