Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Inside Sales Counsellor located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Counsellor will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing guidance on career paths, facilitating the enrollment process, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional tasks include managing communications with potential students, maintaining organized records of interactions, and meeting sales targets.

- Strong Communication and Sales abilities
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
