Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction and service, and account management. Day-to-day tasks will involve contacting potential customers, converting leads, maintaining customer accounts, and ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the education industry is a plus
