Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with a proven record in achieving sales targets and expanding business reach. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. - Conduct presentations, product demos, and client meetings to close new deals. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business strategies. - Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients and partners. - Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities. - Maintain accurate records of business activities, sales forecasts, and reports. - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.. - 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in. e.G., digital marketing, SaaS, B2B sales] is a plus). - Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: - Experience working with B2B, B2C, SaaS, or Digital Marketing Agency clients. - Understanding of lead generation funnels and sales automation tools. - Ability to handle both domestic and international clients.
