About Us AJC JEWEL MANUFACTURERS LTD Malappuram-Kerala is a leading provider of exquisite jewellery dedicated to delivering exceptional products and service to our customers We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Executive to join our team Job Responsibilities Delivery Management Safely and efficiently deliver jewellery products to customers ensuring all items are handled with care and respect Customer Interaction Provide excellent customer service during deliveries addressing any inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction Route Planning Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries Inventory Handling Assist in managing inventory and ensuring that all products are accounted for before and after deliveries Documentation Maintain accurate records of deliveries including receipts invoices and any customer feedback Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself the products and the customers Collaboration Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise Qualifications Higher Secondary diploma or equivalent additional education is a plus Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferably in retail or jewellery Valid driver s license with a clean driving record Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle delicate items with care Basic knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a brief cover letter to hr ajcjewel com Job Type Full-time Pay From 16 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
