Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement/Purchase Executive to manage the company's purchasing activities. The role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify reliable vendors and suppliers, request quotations, and evaluate offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials and track inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements.
  • Verify supplier bills and forward to accounts for timely payment processing.
  • Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
  • Monitor market trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase (preferably construction/infrastructure).
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/purchase software.
  • Good communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
