Job Description

The Documentation Controller plays a critical role in managing and delivering high-quality documentation for multiple platforms, families,and products across the Microcontroller (MC) Business Unit, as part ofthe Documentation Enablement & Infrastructure (DEI) domain. This position requires project management expertise, stakeholdercollaboration, adherence to documentation standards, and teamleadership. The Documentation Controller ensures the timely and efficient delivery of documentation deliverables while drivingcontinuous improvements in processes and workflows.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of documentation deliverables for multiple platforms, families, and products within the Microcontroller Business Unit.
- Develop and maintain plans for documentation deliverables.
- Proactively address timeline conflicts and ensure deliverables meetagreed deadlines.
- Liaise with global stakeholders across various levels, including Product Managers, Engineers, Technical Experts, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate alignment and communication between stakeholders toresolve timeline and scope challenges.
- Act as the central point of coordination for documentationdeliverables within the Microcontroller Business Unit.
- Ensure adherence to established standards, guidelines, and processesfor documentation development and management.
- Regularly evaluate the documentation workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Domain Manager to implement process enhancements.
- Lead and manage a team of local technical writers responsible forrunning documentation flows.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to the technical writing team.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment while ensuring team members meet project goals.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A minimum of 8+ years experience in project management, ideally with in a documentation or technical writing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to managemultiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with technical documentation tools and platforms (e.g.,DITA XML, Atlassian tools like Confluence/Jira, or equivalent).
- Basic understanding of product development life cycles and technical content creation.
- Team management skills (must have lead a team of more than 5 people).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Attention to detail while maintaining focus on high-level projectgoals.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve timeline conflicts and drive continuous improvements.
- Reliable and able to work under pressure
- Experience in the semiconductor or technology industry is a strong advantage.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be aplus.
- Experience with multilingual and multicultural projects.
- Excellent written and spoken English
