We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join our innovative development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building complex web applications using , a strong understanding of modern web development principles, and the ability to lead and mentor junior developers. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React, ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture.
  • Mentor junior web developers, providing technical guidance, solution design, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with product Owners and Architects to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications.
  • Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and best practices are maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development, particularly in Java and React.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Java and React.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, including Java 8 and later versions.
  • Experience with React, including React Hooks, React Redux.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as Spring Boot.
  • Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and accessibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Certification in Java or React, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer or React Certified Developer.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
