Job Description We're Hiring: Operations Manager Delhi About Us Akhil and Shriya a filmmaker and a psychologist shared a deep love for dosas. Missing the Bangalore dosa in Mumbai, they embarked on a quest to recreate their childhood favorite. After perfecting the recipe, they realised the secret to a good dosa lies not just in the ingredients, but in thehonour, respect, and care invested in its making. The Role We're looking for ahands-on, creative, and sharp Operations Managerto lead and elevate the day-to-day functioning of Benne's outlets and central kitchen. From guest experience and product quality to team culture, maintenance, and multi-city coordination you'll ensure Benne delivers the same warmth, efficiency, and excellence across every outlet. What You'll Do - Take full ownership of daily operations across outlets and the central kitchen - Maintainconsistent quality and guest experienceacross all cities - Implement and refine SOPs to ensuresmooth, scalable operations - Work closely with culinary and service teams to maintainhigh product standards - Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations with precision - Lead, train, and motivate teams fostering accountability and creativity - Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with leadership on new projects, launches, and process innovations What We're Looking For - 5+ years in food & beverage operations (multi-outlet experience preferred) - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ahands-on, detail-orientedoperator who thrives in a fast-paced environment - A genuine passion forhospitality, consistency, and building teams that care Compensation Negotiable, based on experience.
