OverviewKey Responsibilities Work collaboratively to design and execute user-centric digital solutions Explore and experiment with design concepts based on design briefs Leverage knowledge of typography color theory and grid systems to create engaging designs Maintain design consistency and detailing ensuring pixel-perfect deliverables Effectively communicate design concepts to team members and stakeholders Stay self-motivated and actively seek opportunities to grow and improve skills Skills Experience 1 year of experience as a UI Designer or similar position Graduation in Design B Des in UX or UI or Communication Design hunger to learn and grow in the design field industry-recognized design certifications from reputable institutes Strong learning and seeking attitude Proficiency in executing designs as per briefs Understanding of typography color theory and layout principles Excellent communication skills Knowledge of grid systems and basic design principles Attention to detailing and precision in design execution Ability to create pixel-perfect aesthetically pleasing designs Strong aesthetic sense and design intuition Demonstrable ability to storyboard experiences and construct wireframes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with design tools e g Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch etc Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
