Requirements and skills 1 1-3 years of experience working as a Junior Graphic Designer UI Designer or a similar role 2 Portfolio of design projects 3 Junior Designers with outstanding portfolios will also be considered 4 Excellent experience working with various design tools such as Adobe Illustrator Photoshop5 Familiarity with design software like InDesign Figma or other similar tools 6 Knowledge of the latest visual elements fonts design techniques and aesthetics 7 Bachelor s degree in Arts Graphic Design or a similar field 8 Creative individual with an artistic mind 9 Attention to detail 10 Good time management skills 11 Ability to work on multiple projects 12 Excellent communication skills Duties and responsibilities 1 Oversee all branding design projects from conception to delivery2 Understand the brief participate in brainstorming and produce creative designs that result in an engaging consumer journey 3 Generate ideas and design dynamic original pieces and themes for sales and events These should include illustrations infographics gifs typography and layouts made using graphic design software4 Collaborate with the marketing team and copywriters to understand the exact requirements and expectations 5 Translate creative thinking into imagery and copy that retains and clearly expresses the initial ideas 6 Keep creative elements under control in order to deliver them on brief on time and on budget often to tight deadlines 7 Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects 8 Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines9 Well-versed with social media and marketing and online platform banners10 Contributing to the brand strategies developed for projects including ideas that demonstrate insight and innovation solutions that engage audiences11 Being capable of taking responsibility for owning shaping developing and delivering creative projects while working as part of a team and individually 12 Stay up-to-date with design and skin trends industry developments and tools ref updazz com
