Duties & Responsibilities : - Collaborate closely with our UX Head, Product Managers, and engineers to conceptualize and execute seamless UI designs across various platforms including mobile apps, web apps, and websites.- Design delightful UI elements like icons, illustrations, and animations that elevate the user experience.- Create component, widget & template-based designs which can be easily reused.- Bridge the gap between design and development by translating designs into detailed UI specifications and providing assets.- Develop creative strategies to boost user engagement and retention through design.- Conduct A/B testing, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the Skills and Qualifications : - 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI Design and a master of responsive design, ensuring flawless experiences across desktop and cloud-based applications.- Expertise in Interaction Design, UI Design, Motion Design, and Visual Design.- A proven track record of creating design systems and establishing visual languages for products from scratch.- Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and After Effects- Experience with 3D software like Blender (a plus).- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. You can balance the need for high-quality design with the speed required for rapid iteration.- A portfolio showcasing your best UI work. (ref:hirist.tech)
