**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, togather requirements and understand project goals.
- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to identify user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency acrossour digital products.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with user expectations and industry best practices.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure successful implementation of designs and provide guidance during the development process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including banners, ads, and promotional graphics.

**Qualification & Requirement**:

- Degree in HCI related disciplines such as UI Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Information Design
- Degree in Graphic Design/ Applied arts with demonstrable know-how in UX Design
- Promising skill and knowledge in the field of design
- 1-year minimum Work experience as a UI/UX designer or in a related role is required.
- Portfolio of work in UI/UX design for mobile and web platforms.
- Should have Creativity, passion and attention to detail
