Your primary focus will be on delivering pixel-perfect UI designs across web, mobile, and native applications. - Creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces - Designing motion graphics and animations - Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs - Collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives - Conducting user research and usability testing - Ensuring accessibility and usability in all designs - Developing creative assets, icons, graphics, and motion visuals - Maintaining design consistency - Working closely with developers and other designers for seamless implementation - Presenting design ideas to stakeholders for feedback To excel in this role, you should have: - 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, and visual design - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects - Strong ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces - Experience in creating animations and interactive designs - Knowledge of prototyping tools and user testing methodologies - Experience in designing for web, mobile, and native applications - Strong creative and analytical thinking - Excellent attention to detail - Clear communication of design concepts - Effective collaboration skills - Proactive problem-solving approach - A Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field This job requires a candidate who is not only skilled in UI/UX design but also possesses strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with stakeholders and development teams.,
