As a UI/UX Design Leader, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional product experiences for healthcare professionals and patients.

You will drive the overall design vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

  • Leverage your expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that showcase your creative flair.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure accessibility standards are met.
  • Mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and best practices to foster growth and development within the team.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes
  • Expertise in design systems, style guides, and reusable components
  • Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA)
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
