About Customer Capital (CC) :

Customer Capital is seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking, design leadership, and hands-on execution to elevate our products user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Strategize and implement UX processes, design operations, and design systems.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback to enhance user experience.

- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.

- Lead a small design team and manage workflows effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 79 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

- Strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design projects.

- Proficient in Figma AI, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools.

- Hands-on experience in Usability Testing, User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Thinking.

- Experience in e-commerce platforms is mandatory.

- Ability to manage workflows and mentor a small design team.

- Preferably worked in a product company, consumer tech, e-commerce, or travel tech environment.

- Good understanding of usability principles and design best practices.

- Bonus : Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Must-Have Skills :

- UI & UX : 8+ years

- Figma : 5+ years

- Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) : 5+ years
