Job Summary: A Senior Figma UI/UX Designer responsible for leading the end-to-end design process for AI-powered products. The role involves creating intuitive user interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning designs that align with business goals and technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX/UI design process for AI-powered offerings, from concept to delivery, using Figma as the primary design tool
  • Leverage Figma to rapidly prototype and iterate on design solutions, facilitating quick feedback cycles and agile adjustments
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to understand user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities
  • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process, including user research, persona development, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups and visual designs
  • Craft visually stunning interface designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel that aligns with brand identity
  • Conduct in-depth user research and usability studies to understand behaviors, needs, and motivations of target audience
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in AI, business, and design
  • Advocate for UX best practices and user-centered design principles across the team
  • Employ a flexible and adaptive design approach, ready to pivot based on user insights and market trends
