Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who will focus on generating leads, connecting with potential clients through outbound/inbound calling, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
- Handle inbound queries from prospective customers and convert them into leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client details and interaction history.
- Understand customer requirements and provide the right solutions or schedule meetings.
- Conduct follow-ups on leads generated through marketing campaigns, references, and networking.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 13 years of experience in tele-calling, Real Estate sales, or business development. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Regional) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling ability.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
