Working side-by-side with Founder and senior leaders, you will drive projects such as: - Growth & Sales Operations analyse pipelines, craft pitches, and track key metrics. - Product & Delivery shadow client calls, document requirements, and keep projects on target. - Market Intelligence research competitors, emerging tech, and partnership opportunities. - Strategic Initiatives coordinate cross-functional OKR reviews and prepare leadership briefings. This role offers a panoramic view of how a GenAI scale-up operates while letting you leave fingerprints on everything from go-to-market strategy to partner research. What You'll Do Your Day-to-Day - Own mini-projects end-to-endplan, execute, and deliver. - Transform unstructured problems into clear analyses, dashboards, or playbooks. - Prepare concise leadership briefings and client collateral with crisp storytelling - Observe key meetings, capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups. - Experiment, learn, iteratethen document processes for scale.
