Understand Company Processes - Study internal workflows across delivery, HR, accounts, and client servicing. - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks. - Suggest practical and data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and accountability. 2. Create Network for SOP & Process Enhancement - Help founders and department heads design clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - Build a collaborative process documentation system using tools like Notion, Google Docs, or Excel. - Coordinate between teams to ensure consistency in operations. 3. Research on Business Operations & Implementation - Conduct market and operational research on how top IT service companies scale processes. - Propose ideas for automation, communication flow, and delivery improvements. - Prepare reports or presentations summarizing insights for founders. 4.
